Boot Camps

Corporate Boot Camps by Elite.

We come to your work, before work, lunch time, or right after work, give group workouts, and/or supervise your fitness room, as well as make ourselves available for one on one personal training.

Group training can be started with no equipment. We’ll either bring it or use body weight exercises.

FIRST WORKOUT OF ANY KIND IS ABSOLUTELY FREE.

IN STUDIO/ONE ON ONE, IN COMPANIES AS GROUP WORKOUTS, AND IN FITNESS ROOMS AS WE’RE NEEDED.

I’ll come out and show you what we do in a Boot Camp Workout. All workouts are taken to the abiliity and fitness level of the individuals. Myself and Elite’s other trainers have been providing hundreds of boot camp workouts a year for companies, giving us the experience to be able to give several difficulty levels at once during the same workout.

Don’t be intimidated by the word Boot Camp if you’re just beginning to workout. We can start you off slow with squats, 10 at a time, with 30 second rests between.

On the other hand, if you think group workouts don’t pack enough punch for you, start off with 50 burpees with pushups on the bottom and a jump in the air when you get to your feet. We can always up the intensity if that’s not enough for you by having you hold 10# dumbells in your hands for the next 50.

Both these intensity levels can be done at the same time in the same workout. We could also take a different route and dedicate a day or two for beginners and a day or two for the more experienced fitness buff.

Elite can and will do whatever it takes to best fit the needs of the clients. We’ll do this in the studio, with one on one private sessions. We can and will also do this on-site in group fitness classes at companies, and we’ll also do this in fitness rooms at companies, or anywhere our services can be used, including in-home sessions.
