Attn girl scouts who want to sell cookies…

Your people must call or message me by noon Friday the 17th to help you sell cookies. Get 5 or more and they only pay $5 for the workout, and for every one of them I write a check for a box o girl scout cookies.

For every person who comes to my boot camp workout this weekend 1015am sat February 18th that says you sent them, I will buy a box of cookies from you.

No limit. Send 20 people and they all say you sent them. My company Elite Personal Training and Corporate Fitness will write a check then and there for 20 boxes of cookies.

AND!!!!

If you can bring 15 people, girl scout cookie boxes will be put out at my workouts, your cookies, for the rest of the season, for sale by you…I mean I’ll help you sell sugar cookies at my workouts! I shouldn’t. But a treat now and then is ok, and it will help get people to workout. So let’s work together!

I need everyone of your family and friends helping you with this to call me by noon fri the 17th.

The scout that sends me the most, will be the official scout of elite exton. Every week for the rest of cookie season, I’ll buy a box from you for every person you send.

That’s for the person who sends the most THIS SATURDAY!

Then when next year cookie season comes, you’ll be who I come to with the offer for elite to help you and only you. So this is the time. This week get people to call or message me.

At my Studio, Elite, we do a lot of 30 minute workouts. We get more done in that 30 minutes than most people are used to doing in
an hour. One thing that helps is what I call “Transitioning” from exercise to exercise. If I have 6 exercises to do there’s several
ways. Here’s the exercises:

Plank

Bench Squats

Glute Bridge

Dumbbell Curls

Pushups

Rear Deltoid Dumbell Raises

Now if you do them in that order, you’re on the ground with plank, up doing squats, back to the floor doing a 2nd leg exercise in a row, maybe the legs are tired and you might need a few seconds more of a breather. Then you’re up on your feet again fro dumbell curls, then down on the floor again, then up on your feet again for rear shoulder raises. That’s a lot of up and down and time lost moving from floor to ground and doing exercises in a row that use the same muscles, not giving a rest, possibly causing you to need an extra couple of seconds each time. You might say a couple of seconds don’t matter, but if you need 5 extra seconds between each 6 exercises here, that’s 6 x 5 = 30. During the workout you may do this circuit through 3x. That’s 30 x 3. 90 seconds. If you have 2 circuits like this during a workout, you’ve wasted 90 seconds x 2 = 3 minutes. In a 30 minute workout 3 minutes is 10% of your workout.

Doing it this way can save half that, 90 seconds, time enough to possibly fit in 2 extra sets. 2 sets a workout, 2 workouts a week, 52
weeks a year = 208 sets a year. 30 sets in a workout is a pretty good amount. Multiply that times 7 = 210. So you’d be getting about 7 extra workouts a year in if you do your workouts with smoother “Transitions”.

Try it this way:

Plank

Bench Squats

Glute Bridge

Dumbbell Curls

Pushups

* Rear Deltoid Dumbell Raises – standing, because you’ll be doing a standing exercise next after this. , also loosening up your shoulders, getting blood to the rotator cuff, readying them for your upcoming pushups.

* Bench Squats. Gives the upper body a chance to rest and it’s another standing exercise so there’s not ime wasted getting up and down.

* Dumbell Curls. Still standing. Gives the legs a rest. * Glute Bridge. To the floor. Coming from an upper body to lower body exercise. Now the upper body rests.

* Plank. You’re already on your back so it won’t take a lot of time to transition. Just flip on over.

* Pushups. You might be tired from going from pushups to plank, but it’s saving time. It’s just a half hour workout. Push it!

So that should save some time, just one thing I do when training people to make my half hour workouts even more effective than most full hour workouts out there.

I’ll be putting up some more energy and time saving tips to cram more and more into that 30 minutes.

THEN, we’ll go into how to last it through a full hour workout at intensity levels THROUGH THE ROOF!

Seeya soon-

Elite Personal Training, Exton, PA, will be awarding a “Fitness Scholarship” for the months of January, 2012, up to July, 2012.

During this six (6) month period, the Awardee of this Scholarship will train with a personal trainer two (2) times a week. To kick off the program a I will make a trip with The Winner to the grocery store to stock up on healthy foods, then we’ll go together back to the person’s house, to stock the shelves and discuss nutrition.

The total value of this package is $2279.00.

The total cost to The Winner is absolute adherence to the program. Any workouts missed one week must be made up with additional workouts the next. 52 workouts must be completed in the 26 week time. There are no holidays, there are no vacations. If you do not make it in twice on week, and they are not made up the next, The Scholarship will be terminated. (see special conditions in the written contract)

If you have doubt about being around for the entirety of the six months, please let someone who knows their schedule take advantage of this. I have worked very hard to build my company to a point where it can afford to do this, taking prime training time to give these sessions to a dedicated person. Please only apply if you can be COMPLETELY dedicated.

A final decision will be made by midnight, January 7th, 2012.

Email me your story please.

Elite Fitness and Performance Boot Camps during the week at Exton Elite Studio. 8x a week. 6 days a week, morning, noon, and night. Memberships as low as $109.00/month unlimited classes.

Mandatory Free ONE on ONE Personal Training Session MUST be done BEFORE 2 weeks Free. We need to assess your fitness level and any possible restrictions.

Ex: If jumping jax bother an achy knee, I will show you an alternate exercise or form to do while the class does jumping.

This Boot Camp Program will give attendees the direction, guidance, and attention the One on One Personal Training provides, but also give the motivating class atmosphere many enjoy.

In many boot camp and other group classes, attendees are members. This program has clients. The difference in being a member and a client is that clients are individuals, with their individual needs and requirements to get optimum results seen to.

How will it be done? Simple. Elite and I work harder. The Free Personal Training Session before beginning as a client in Elite’s Boot Camp Program is usually with me. That is often times billed out at over $80.00. With you and a friend doing it together, $10 is added. Elite could be using that studio time and trainer to bill that. Instead, Elite pays a trainer and bills nothing. Why? Because I opened Elite because I love helping people. That session done before doing Boot Camp Workouts will prevent future injuties and help you, the CLIENT, get better results. Of course better results and the personal touch in the end creates more business. But it’s when you do your best at what you do, master your craft, go the long road and really work to help and serve your people, WITHOUT thinking of the bottom dollar, that’s when a 4 year old Exton Personal Training Studio has a successful Corporate Fitness side to it, is busier than many studio’s that have been around three times as long, and has trainers working with it that really enjoy where they work.

Notice I said trainers that work WITH Elite. They’re all independent contractors, professionals, many with their own successful businesses on their own, who choose to work with a top notch company.

Experience the difference. I don’t just say this because I’m the founder of this amazing company. I say it because the people Elite are better trainers than 99 percent out there. The one percent, they’re the ones I work with and talk to. Many we’ve collaborated with on charity workouts, and honestly, when I don’t know the answer, and it doesn’t come up on Google, I call them. Sometimes they call me, but it’s usually to get Kris’s, Jenn’s, or Andrea’s number. Lol

A very happy holidays to all, and please take advantage of the Free 2 weeks of boot camp when embarking on your new years resolution. If anything to at least give you a lkick start. If you decide to continue, the price being as low as $109.00/month is really good. I can do it becase Elite is strong and I’m blessed to be ok that way. I’d like to keep the Boot Camps affordable always to reach as many people as possible. Actually, our personal Training Half Hours blow away a lot of the competition too. We can do that because we do a lot of them.

Again, personal touch, a company full of people who are in this profession to help people, and remain humble and grateful of what they have, and are always willing to share their knowledge and skills with up and coming people in the industry. That’s how we find good people. The one’s who ask the most questions are many times the one’s who are thinking the most. They may not know the most in the beginning of things, asking so many questions. But eventually they end up pretty knowledgeable. Add a great attitude, golden intentions, and the work ethic stronger than any, if they’re in fitness, they’re probably here with us.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Hit me up if you ever need anything or have any questions, comments, or suggestions.

70% OFF PERSONAL TRAINING, Black Friday Extended to the next Friday for kids training only. This is for 18 and under. The reason for this deal is to teach kids the proper form in resistance training.

6 pack of hour sessions, regular price $450.00. Special price until noon, Friday, December 2nd, $127.00

This deal is specifically designed for kids, to get them with a Professional Trainer, and teach them proper form, give them a fitness program to take with them, and keep them on the right path. After this deal, Elite will always be here for them.

Questions, concerns, whatever is need to keep them safe, I will return every call that comes in usually within 24 hours, if not, very soon after.

Guys and girls, tell your parents you want to learn, safely, what to do in the gym.

I hurt my shoulder when I was 19, that’s 21 years ago. The first time I couldn’t do a pushup for a year.

Let’s keep our kids safe together. I prefer parents stay for the session if it’s comfortable. You can even do the session together if you choose.

Let me know if you want to take advantage of this deal.

18 years old and younger, let’s learn together. Hopefully I can give you something no one taught me at your age.

Not to knock everyone, but many of they gyms have people behind the desk that only help when they’re getting paid to do a session. That’s no good in my eyes. Trainers are supposed to be in this industry to help people. If they aren’t getting out from behind the desk, come to Elite and grab this deal so we can show you how to do things safely.

When I can afford it, I will do free seminars like this often.

If you’re truelly not able to afford this pricing, message me. Tell me your situatuion. If you’re serious about getting serious with working out, and no one is guiding you, hit me up. We’ll talk.

Lost my phone. I’ll get another asap. Till then email me.

Peace -matt
