Why Elite?
Why Elite? What are the differences?
Elite is not a gym. It is strictly for Training Sessions. There are no members, no waiting for equipment, no one watching, no intimidation.
Elite’s Trainers DO NOT get any commissions for sales of memberships, personal training packages, supplements, or any products. You will not be over sold anything that does not fit you.
Honestly, I think many people over do it when they get into workout weight loss mode. As the owner of Elite Studio, I would rather have someone come and workout very hard twice a week long term, than come in three times a week for full hours and burn out not only physically, but mentally and financially.
You will get a VERY hard workout in 30 minutes here. If you have more energy left, we’ll give you some core exercises to do off to the side and you can always jump on the treadmill or elliptical. Many times with hour sessions, clients fade at 40 minutes.
You will workout harder at Elite than other places. This will get you better results. Check out the testimonial from 1/24/12 with Marissa Gregory about her hour sessions. She booked them recalling her hour sessions at other personal training places. She got a six pack of sessions for a Christmas present. She told me, as she says in the interview, 30 minutes is fine at Elite. Elite’s sessions are harder than other places. I LOVE hearing that.
It takes more energy as a trainer to make people work harder. It’s easier for a trainer to stand and watch, let people stop when they’re tired, let sets end early, neglect forcing clients to do the extra repetitions. It’s easier to be an easy trainer.
Workouts with big breaks between sets often times lets the heart rate go down too much when working to lose weight. I’m not saying no rest, but again, it’s easier for a trainer to lumber from set to set, than to push clients along faster than they prefer.
Pushing clients from one exercise to the next, hard, fast, the whole workout, in a 30 minute session, doing circuit style training, opposing muscle group super sets, chest to back, then legs to arms, then core, you could get over 20 sets done in a half hour session, IF YOU HUSTLE. Or you can go from exercise to exercise at a slower pace, and do a 30 minute workout, getting a decent amount of work done.
It’s 30 minutes. PUSH. Wreck that half hour. DESTROY IT. Then go home, eat something good, rest, relax, repair your muscles. We’ll do it a gain in a few days.
Working out hard makes one’s body become more muscular, leaner, and look better.
