If you think 30 minutes is not enough and you need an hour, try a sample half hour with one of our trainers. You may change your mind. A trainer will be with you the entire time of the 30 or 60 minute session. We do not count time on a cardio machine as session time. We prefer clients arrive before their start time for a warmup on their own, then start their work with their trainer.

If you choose to train more than 2x a week, payment in full up front is required.

Nutritional Guidance is provided at no extra charge, with a food journal required at the beginning of training. To attain maximum results, you MUST follow nutritional guidelines, eating properly, getting enough protein and the correct amount of calories, balance of nutrients and vitamins.

Elite Personal Training does not sell supplements.

If we sell no supplements, it insures we will suggest and guide our clients to what we feel helps them best, giving us the option to choose anything we want, with no incentive to choose one thing over the other, except that it fits them best
